In the second week of September the 49. annual conference of the GFOE took place in Muenster. The motto of the meeting was according to the motivation behind Sinsoma: SCIENCE MEETS PRACTICE
The focus lied on the exchange between the academic ecological community and practitioners in order to find applied solutions to environmental problems. The programme incuded highly ineresting sessions and contributions such as Biomonitoring in the past-present-future, Molecular biodiversity & Interaction assessment, Citizen Science in Ecology. Moreover, we were happy about the lively exchange and discussion at the Sinsoma stand.
